Program Objectives

The focus of the indoor skills development program will be on individual skill development – first touch, dribbling, passing, receiving, shooting, and small-sided games – to improve handling the ball “at your feet” in order to make good decisions.  All the players will work and develop at their own level / pace.  This is not training geared strictly for players who were on competitive teams in the past but for anyone who wants to improve their soccer skills.

This program is a step-by-step approach to improve individual player’s skills. Regardless at what level you play, having fun at soccer is better enjoyed when you understand the game and have the necessary skills to play. This is a great chance to meet new friends and develop sportsmanship.

What to Bring

Each participant should come prepared to practice.  They will need dry, non-marking indoor shoes, shin guards, shorts, soccer socks, a full water bottle and a soccer ball.
